Amy Salman – Nutrition & Wellness Coach
Amy is a certified holistic nutritionist and wellness coach with a passion for helping women feel their best through mindful eating and sustainable habits. Her approach is warm, practical, and deeply empowering—guiding guests to make nourishing choices that support energy, digestion, and overall well-being. At Driftwood Ranch, Amy brings her signature blend of science and soul to every session.

Julia Tiberio – Pilates Instructor
Julia is a seasoned Pilates instructor specializing in movement for riders. With over six years of experience, she helps women build strength, balance, and core control—both on the mat and in the saddle. Her teaching style is intuitive and encouraging, blending precision with flow to help each guest feel more aligned, mobile,
and confident.
